No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER.<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><h3><b>ACTIVATION OF RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT<\/b><\/h3><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The PROVIDER will inform the USER in advance about the procedure to be followed to book the trip.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #b16d26;\">Our automatic system of availability and price calculation allows the USER to choose the apartment or house that interests him and immediately make the online payment of the 40% of the rental price or by bank transfer within a maximum of 48 hours or card 30% warranty on the rental price.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #b16d26;\">The PROVIDER will not book the accommodation until it has verified that payment has been made. Once the registration for the purchase of a service has been received, by bank card or bank transfer, via the website, the PROVIDER will contact you by e-mail to confirm the reservation. This term is understood as long as the availability has been confirmed.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A card will be requested as a guarantee of payment (Visa, Mastercard) and no charge will be made.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><b>Bail bonds<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #b16d26;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AGUSTI IGNACIO FABRA <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has three types of bail ranging from \u20ac 200 to \u20ac 500. If the tenants are a group of young people, they must pay \u20ac 50 per person with a minimum of \u20ac 250.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #b16d26;\">Payment of the deposit will be made in cash upon access to the accommodation. If no accommodation is available, AGUSTI IGNACIO FABRA will refund the full amount paid.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Online Dispute Resolution (<\/b><b><i>Online Dispute Resolution<\/i><\/b><b>)<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524\/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the online resolution of disputes between the USER and AGUSTI IGNACIO FABRA, without having to resort to the courts, through the intervention of a third, called the Dispute Settlement Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. During the break, from 22:00 until 09:00, it is not allowed to use the accommodation for parties or making noise. In no case is it allowed for the accommodation to be occupied by more people than is established in its maximum capacity.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rational use must be made of electricity and water.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Towels and linen are not allowed on the balcony railings.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Swimming pool hours are marked by each community and are generally from 10:00 to 21:00. The USER assumes that the economic valuation of some of the services may vary in real time.
